Symptom

On the installation page of Functional Ear Trainer v2, you click on the button "Install Now" but nothing happens (or takes forever).

Cause

This error is due to an older version of Adobe Air on your computer.

Solution

• remove Adobe Air from your computer
  • on Windows via Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs
  • on Mac via Finder - Applications folder, and move Adobe Air to the Trash
• go the installation page of Functional Ear Trainer v2, and click again on the button "Install Now"
  • the system will detect you don't have Adobe Air, and will download and install the latest version on your computer
  • then Functional Ear Trainer v2 will be installed
